1. Quality
All items are handmade and are of good quality.
2. Mailing
i)All items will be mailed within 1-3days after payment.
I will email you if there's any delays.
ii ) I am not responsible for delays after I mail out the items.
But do let me know if you did not receive your items within 3-4days.
iii) I am not responsible for items damaged during mail.
but I will check all items to make sure they are in good condition and wrap carefully before sending.
iv) We may not be free to always do meetups, thus registered & normal post are recommended.
However, we are not responsible for lost of items through normal post. So, registered mail is recommended.
4. Exchanges/ Returns
i ) Kindly check all measurements before purchase, as I will not refund or exchange
if items does not fit you.
ii) I will check all items to make sure they are in good condition before sending.
